Ok, not your usual underground haunt, in fact, not an underground haunt at all but the international team don’t seem to be sticking to the tried and tested (read boring) ‘Bund life’ venue tick box. Yes, they have the R&B and house nights but what puts them ahead is the fact they’re willing to try some different ideas which means you’ll often find grimy dub, refreshing techno and local hip-hop all in a space which has one of the best sound and vision systems in Shanghai.
