This month's Shanghai By Bus features special guests, all the way from Le France, Manlogik and MC Fra.k(Lionscratch Soundsystem).
Manlogik (reggae and dancehall DJ) along with Mc fra.k formed the 'Disco Shanti a few years back and played regularly at a variety of bars and boats in Paris; Detone, Le Newport, Oberkafé, Alternat, Batofar, to name but a few.
In 2009 the duo decided to join forces with the already well-established 'Lion Scratch Soundsystem', and soon became residents at the Cariatides club. They have continued to devour dancefloors across Europe, claiming the "100 % Dubplates Killer" title at last year's Cologne City Clash. Tonight's (5th August) show at the Shelter, along with the Uprooted Sunshine crew, is the first date on a whistle-stop Asia tour.
