Since his debut as MONDO GROSSO in 1993, Shinichi’s activities as artist has been critically acclaimed for his solo project “Shinichi Osawa”, his internationally recognized producing works and remixes.
As a composer/producer, he’s contributed to artists such as Namie Amuro, MINMI and many more artists and his remixes for international artists such as Digitalism, Chemical Brothers and Felix da Housecat became hits in clubs across the globe.
He was voted as No.1 DJ for the past 2 years in Japan and he continues to tour internationally. A single from his 2nd solo album, “SO2” called “Singapore Swing” appeared in sets by artists such as２MANY DJS, EROL ALKAN, BOYS NOIZE and
FATBOY SLIM.
